How Thor 10K Ways Works

Thor 10K Ways is an online slot developed by Reel Play, featuring a dynamic reel layout and mechanics that provide up to 10,000 ways to win on every spin.

  • The game is played on 6 reels.
  • Reels 1 and 6 each have 4 rows.
  • Reels 2, 3, 4 and 5 each have 5 rows, inclusive of the top reel.
  • The minimum bet available is £0.20, while the maximum bet is £5.00.
  • Players choose their total bet amount to activate all 10,000 possible winning ways.
  • All wins pay from left to right on adjacent reels, starting from the leftmost reel.
  • The paytable displays all potential payout values, and all payouts are multiplied by the total bet.
  • Non-bonus prizes displayed over HAMMER symbols have already been multiplied by the total bet.
  • Only the highest win per winning combination is paid, however, coinciding wins on different ways are added together.
  • Wins are awarded only for positions containing the winning symbol.
  • The RTP value is displayed within the game interface.
  • The expected payback is based on theoretical returns calculated over a very large number of spins played by many players and is not influenced by player choices or strategies.
  • Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

Wild Symbol

  • The THOR symbol acts as a wild and substitutes for all other symbols except the HAMMER symbol.
  • The THOR wild only appears on the top reel.

Scatter and Bonus Features

Triggering Bonus Respins with Hammers

  • Landing six or more HAMMER symbols in a single spin triggers the Bonus Respins feature.

Bonus Respins Feature

  • Bonus Respins start with 3 respins awarded when triggered.
  • All HAMMER symbols are held in position, while the remaining spaces spin.
  • Whenever a new HAMMER symbol appears, it is held, and the spin counter resets to 3.
  • The feature concludes when no respins remain, or all positions on the reels are filled with HAMMER symbols.
  • After the Bonus Respins end, each HAMMER symbol awards a displayed prize or bonus prize.
  • Possible bonus prizes include:
    • 10K bonus prize: 10,000 x total bet (awarded only once per Bonus Respins feature)
    • Grand bonus prize: 2,000 x total bet (awarded only once per feature)
    • Major bonus prize: 250 x total bet (awarded only once per feature)
    • Minor bonus prize: 50 x total bet (can be awarded multiple times per feature)
    • Mini bonus prize: 10 x total bet (can be awarded multiple times per feature)
    • Non-bonus prizes: 1 to 100 x total bet
  • All bonus prizes are non-progressive.
  • Bonus Respins are played at the same bet size as the trigger spin.

Near Miss Bonus

  • The Near Miss Bonus is triggered when exactly five HAMMER symbols land on the reels after any explosions have resolved.
  • Each of the five HAMMER symbols then awards its displayed prize or bonus prize.
  • 10K, Grand, and Major bonus prizes may only be awarded once per Near Miss Bonus.
  • Mini and Minor bonus prizes may be awarded multiple times.
  • The Near Miss Bonus is played at the same bet amount as the triggering spin.

Additional Game Rules

  • The THOR wild substitutes only for regular symbols and not for HAMMER symbols.
  • The THOR wild only appears on the top reel.
  • During the base game and the Near Miss Bonus, HAMMER symbols can appear on all six reels but not on the top reel.
  • During Bonus Respins, HAMMER symbols can appear on all reels including the top reel.
  • The top reel contributes an extra symbol to the reels below (reels 2, 3, 4 and 5), increasing the possible ways to win.
  • When a winning combination is formed (except with HAMMER symbols), winning symbols explode and are replaced by new symbols dropping down from above and from the right side in the top reel.
